Remove useRuntime hook and related types that were not used in any actual code. Runtime information display is handled by application-specific hooks. Removed exports: - useRuntime hook - RuntimeResult, RuntimeState, SkillState, DockerBuildState, DockerContainerState, ProxyAccessState types - createInitialRuntimeState function Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
